Back in the Saddle

Sorry about our temporary absence from this blog. We had to take in the sights and tastes of Boston to participate in this year’s ALI-ABA Land Use Institute. But we’re back in the saddle again, ready to go on, as promised, with a bit of history dealing with the misadvetures of famous eminent domain cases. Hawaii Housing Authority v. Midkiff will be the first one. So stay tuned.
