The 24th annual American Law Institute–American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) Land Use Institute will take place this year on August 13-16, 2008, at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston. The program will cover a variety of topics dealing with substantive as well as procedural and practice aspects of land use issues and problems. It will include updates on the law of eminent domain and inverse condemnation.
