The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party Goes On

       We sure hope that in reality things aren’t as weird as reported, but in his puff piece relating the glories of Buffalo’s architecture, the New York Times architeture critic, Nicholas Ourousoff, informs us that “Just as local preservationists are completing restorations on some of the city’s most important landmarks, the federal government is considering a plan that could wipe out part of a historical neighborhood.” Nicholas Ourousoff, Saving Buffalo’s Untold Beauty, N.Y.
