CLE International has announced that it will hold its 12th annual program on eminent domain at the Millenium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles on April 12-13, 2010. The program will feature last year’s legal developments in California, as well as presentations of various substantive topics dealing with trial techniques, valuation, and with coming new projects.
The keynote presentation will feature three retired judges who will discuss the use of mediation in eminent domain cases.
