Www.bizjournals.com reports that a jury in Delaware County, Ohio, awarded a total of $850,000 ($260,000 for the taking of 10.5 acres, , plus $590,000 in severance damages to a 5-acre remainder), plus $100,000 in legal fees. The County’s precise offer is not reported, but the article states that the court award was twice the offer.  Click here
