2012 BRIGHAM-KANNER PRIZE AWARDED TO PROF. JAMES KRIER

The William & Mary College School of Law has announced that this year’s Brigham-Kanner prize for lifetime achievements in advancing property rights as fundamental in protecting individual liberty, will be awarded to Professor James E. Krier of the University of Michigan Law School. The award ceremony and the annual conference on property rights will take place at the William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, on October 11-12, 2012.
